岗位职责：

-负责协助Team Leader，按照标准流程分析客户的招聘需求，探讨人才寻访策略

-根据既定方案，进行寻访方向、渠道分析，定位目标候选人

-面试、评估候选人，向客户推荐合适人选，并及时解决过程中遇到的问题

-向客户提供候选人入职前/中/后的跟踪服务，并为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导

-协助Leader推进、执行快消零售行业招聘咨询项目，整理完善行业mapping，制作商业资讯材料及人才标准推荐报告

任职要求：

1.全日制本科及以上学历（条件优秀者可适当放宽至大专）

2.工作认真细致，思考问题逻辑缜密，具有敏锐的洞察力及判断力，能够快速学习

3.性格乐观开朗，善于沟通且具有良好的团队合作意识

4.对猎头、招聘等人力资源相关工作感兴趣，有进取心及较好的抗压能力。

5.熟练使用office工具，例如word、Excel、PPT等
