Job purpose:

• To provide Admin service to Transportation /PT technology department and work as a key member of site operation team to create/maintain a safe, attractive and efficient workplace in APTC.

Key challenges (in first 6 – 12m):

• Diverse requirements from team
• Variable scale of work load required from Transportation leaders and Department management

2. 5S/safety Area owner for responsible area in Non-lab/utility area in 3rd floor of APTC
3. Legal compliance and safety responsible for responsible vendor and their activities in site

5. Support transportation/PT to control office and lab supply budget

7. Transportation Admin. service provision and improvement

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Requirements to do the job, and qualifications                                                                                                             

Experience:

• Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources, administrative management is preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience of site administration from MNC environment

Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):

• Familiar with Office software, like word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• Good communication skills, Interacts easily with all employee levels.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Smart, efficient working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
• High efficiency, sense of responsibility and team player
