1. Arrangement of project engineering schedule:

负责项目工程计划的安排:

?According to the master schedule and the split scope of supply, comprehensive consideration the work loading, make the engineering schedule;

根据主计划及供货范围分交，综合考虑负荷，制定工程计划；

?Scheduling coordination with other function (production planning) and unit (FIN & SWE ) . Initiating and implementation of projects；

与其他职能(生产计划)和部门(芬兰和瑞典)的计划协调。持续改进项目；

?Monitor daily project progress to ensure the implementation of engineering design schedule, follow up the OTD and drive the best performance.

监控项目进度，确保工程设计计划的执行，跟踪OTD，推动***性能。

?Update and maintain the database related to planning. Establishment scheduling instruction management.

更新和维护与计划相关的数据库。建立计划指导管理。

?Supporting chief engineer for subcontracting management.

支持主设计师进行外协管理。

?Other tasks related to planning as assigned.

?Make project status report and summary regularly.

2. Ensure process execution. Coordinate cross-functional activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth flow throughout the process.

确保流程的执行。协调与质量保证、制造、采购、等部门的跨职能工作，确保在整个流程中的顺畅流动。

3. Loading management & forecasting. Advises management of the status of work in progress, resources and capabilities, and potential design problems to ensure the smooth development and vigorous promotion of the global engineering schedule development. Recommends changes to improve/develop the planning process.

4. Applies continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

5. Develop and keep close follow up of function development according to Leap Forward program and/or similar.

发展由于Leap Forward项目和/或类似项目要求的职能发展并予以跟踪。

6. All related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.

7. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance;

8. Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (4 years full time) or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related is preferred;

本科以上学历(4年全日制)，机械工程或相关专业优先;

2. At least 2 years related planning experience both in product planning and engineering planning. Or minimum 2 years’ experience of related work in Valmet（Or exceptional college graduates may also be considered）;

2年以上产品计划相关工程计划工作经验。或2年以上Valmet相关工作经验 ( 或特别优异大学毕业生也可考虑);

3. Familiar with MS project and database management systems.

熟悉MS project和数据库管理系统。

4. Fluent English both in written and oral, good computer skills;

流利的英语听说读写能力，良好的计算机操作能力;

5. Good skills of communication, coordination and time management;

6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
