岗位描述：

1、联系境外航司，帮助客户处理订单售后问题、以及受理客户对机票订单的简单投诉；

2、负责售前国际英文业务，协助联系境外航司及供应商，英文沟通处理机票相关事宜；

岗位要求：

1、英文口语及书面表达能力强；

2、工作认真负责，且有良好的服务意识和团队合作意识；

3、能适应翻班，承受一定的工作压力；

4、有国外工作经验、客户服务经验者优先；

5、享受英文岗位津贴。
