岗位职责

1、根据企业发展战略及规划，制定企业运营管理规划，控制EPC工程的安全、质量、进度及成本。

2、完善企业运营管理体系，包括招聘、销售、研发、设计、采购、施工、运维等标准流程体系的全面建设。

3、推进公司企业文化建设，提高企业团队战斗力，特别是完成招聘及培训目标。

4、参与重大客户合同及施工回款的沟通与谈判，负责企业品牌的推广与提升。

5、负责定期组织召开企业运营管理的业务会议，分析存在的问题并及时处理。

6、企业运营团队建设及完成股东交代的其它事情。

任职资格

1、有EPC工程企业运营管理经验，招聘经验及培训丰富。

2、具有较强计划性和执行力，具备处理突发事件的能力。

3、主动做事、抗压能力强、能解决问题。

4、认同并执行“共创共享、多劳多得”企业文化理念。
