Responsibility:

- Work with manager to conduct survey to understand customer needs and triggers & barriers

- Support manager to analyze research findings and make recommendation to management team

- Communicate with internal functions to identify the research project objectives & scope and look for suitable methodology & agency, and then review agency proposal & quotation, and manage agency daily operation to guarantee the research quality

- Build up internal permanent research process to track the market trend and fulfil the customer insights to support strategy decision making

- Individually initiate and handle online survey and work out the report

- Collect marketing & competitor information to update the marketing intelligence to Management and other departments

- Manage the team administration tasks such as team event/outing, payment procedure, and others related

Requirement;

- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies

- Strong analytic skills

- Proficient with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and others)

- Strong verbal, listening, and written communications skills required

- Excellent in English and Chinese is necessary

- Ability to work in a team environment and take and give direction

- Time Management and Project Management skills

- Openness to new ideas

- Bachelor degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, social science, operation research or other hard sciences is preferred

- (for Specialist) 3+ years’ experience in research, or retail industry
