Key Responsibilities and Duties :

 

• Prepare facility letter and security documents according to credit proposal, ensure commercial terms, approval conditions and regulatory requirement are properly reflected.

• Perform CP check according to facility letter and approval condition, set up facility in system after CP fulfilled.

• Collateral management, acknowledge guarantee/detachment received from overseas branch via SWIFT, and booking collateral information into system.

• Check loan drawdown supporting documents; ensure the loan drawdown/rollover processing consistence with commercial terms and in compliance with internal procedure as well as regulatory requirements.

• Monitor limit utilization, collateral to be expired, interest/principal overdue, to notify relevant stakeholders in form of reports or email.

• Input/report facility/transaction information into MBT system, inquiry of customer’s credit report via PBOC credit information system.

• VAT invoice issuance for received loan interest and relevant commission fee.

• Custody of credit file, including original credit proposal, facility letter, collateral, etc.

• Timely preparation and submission of various regulatory reports assigned to loan admin team.

• Implement all loan admin related projects.

• Perform checker role for facility/loan related as backup.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager from time to time.

 

 

Required Qualification:

• Strong operational and administrative skill.

• Rich knowledge of facility terms and collateral management.

• Excellent knowledge of PRC regulatory requirement on loan operation.

• Excellent knowledge of loan related regulatory reports and system.

• Good communication in both English and Chinese, strong team spirit.

• Proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivated with ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Ability to think independently and to solve problems.

• 5-7 years working experience in relevant position in a bank.
