1）对各种展览材料、灯光、色彩的组合运用及整体效果的控制较好；

2）创意佳、执行能力强，能独立做出活动设计方案、会创意，懂策划，熟练的P图技术；

3）丰富的设计经验，熟练掌握3Dmax、等绘图软件，参与过大中型设计项目；

任职资格:

1）具备团队合作精神以及耐心细致的工作习惯；

2）具备较高的工作责任心，并在自我专业水平上不断进取，创新力强；

3）有团队管理经验，有客户谈判能力美术、会展等相关专业，大学专科上学历；

4）熟练掌握常用电脑设计、绘图软件工具，如3DMAX等；

5）2年以上展览展示活动工作经验，可提供独立完成的成功设计作品和案例；

6）具有较好的审美素养和美术功底、宽广的设计思维和独特的设计风格以及良好的创新能力及效果表现能力
