熟知社会保险、劳动法、劳动合同法，并依法办事； 根据公司发展规划及人员需求，协调用人部门做好人员发展规划；协助完成公根据公司年度人力资源编制，及用人需求，实施人员选拔及招聘录用工作，并定期做好招聘数据汇总报表；

负责招聘渠道的开发、维护，进行招聘费用管控，并做好招聘总结工作；

办理员工入、离职手续；

员工档案管理，定期更新维护员工档案表；

负责新员工入职引导，入职培训及试用期回访等工作；

协助各部门经理撰写职位说明书，并适时进行更新；

根据公司年度培训计划，协调及组织安排相关培训；

为员工办理社保、公积金等入、退事项；办理员工工伤申报工作；

负责员工的考勤管理工作； 负责相关部门员工劳动关系的维护；

协助部门经理协调各部门间的意见分歧和工作矛盾，提出解决的途径和办法；

负责收集各部门人员绩效考核的汇总、打印工作；

联系安排员工福利的发放及落实；

负责公司的相关文件的下发，并对文件下发与落实跟踪；

负责月度人力资源报表；

协助完成人力资源部门审计工作，规避用工风险；

上级领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

教育背景: 工商管理、人力资源管理等相关专业大专及以上学历；

培训经历: 人力资源相关知识培训；

经 验 : 3 年以上相关工作经验。 技能技巧:熟悉人力资源相关流程；

具备基本的网络知识，熟练使用办公软件 ；

态 度:善于协调、沟通，责任心强,具有亲和力、判断能力、计划能力；

有良好的敬业精神和职业道德。
