TASK DESCRIPTION

? Co-ordination./协调
o To coordinate the project, this means mainly to ensure a satisfactory preparation to control the project. /
要协调好项目，这主要意味着要保证项目得到满意的控制准备。
o Gives input to the project team to determine the resources necessary for implementation./
向项目团队提供输入，以确定实施所需的资源。
o Coordinates with other engineers working on different parts of the project if there are overlaps or information needs to be shared./ 与其他在项目不同部分工作的工程师协调，如果有重叠或信息需要共享。
o Follows the project planning and contacts the suppliers and sub-contractors. /跟踪项目计划，联系供应商和分包商。
? Technical./技术
o The project engineer is responsible for the technical preparation of the project./
项目工程师负责项目的技术准备工作。
o Gathers the specifications and information necessary for the detailed design specifications./
收集详细设计规范所需的规范和信息。
o Prepares the technical datasheets based on the specifications and the information gathered from the suppliers./
根据规格和从供应商处收集的信息准备技术数据表。
o Is responsible for the quality of these technical datasheets./ 负责这些技术数据表的质量。
o Assists the project manager during the approval phase of these datasheets./
在这些数据表的批准阶段协助项目经理。
o Selects suppliers based on approved datasheets and makes a commercial and technical evaluation of the offered goods. This document is then handed over to the purchase manager./

o Gives instructions to the CAD designers for their design work. He gives them all technical documentation to be used in the design. He checks the work of the designers on a daily basis and is responsible for their progress./

o Prepares a construction file (for his part of the project) and hands this over to the project manager./

o He prepares the test FAT tests, commissioning tests and SAT tests according to the protocols and within his working field.

o Coordinates with other engineers who are responsible for other parts of the project. He coordinates with the site manager to make sure that the necessary resources and materials are available to start with these tests.

o Is responsible for the execution of all test performed by Actemium.

o Writes down all non-conformities and is responsible to have these non-conformities resolved.

o Executes the quality test according to the approved protocols

o The project engineer is responsible to select the right items (piping ,valves, instruments…) for the application and according to the design specification.

o The project engineer checks the quality of the executed work on a regular basis.

o To ensure new technical issues are solved respecting cost and schedule

o To ensure decided corrective actions are executed

o Calculates extra works and supports the project manager to have them approved.
计算额外的工作并支持项目经理批准。
o Coordinate with other contractors for the areas where information needs to transferred (f.e. connections of the instruments should be coordinated with the process instrument contractor).
