Job Responsibilities:

• To develop T&O people strategy, Journey, Engagement and Learning as well as to drive and monitor the implementation
• Strategize and champion to ideate, produce initiatives that best support culture journey, people, Learning and engagement objectives.
• Act as a role model and coach for our Culture and Values and help build an inclusive and diverse working environment.
• Establish an emotional connection for employees, execs, and the organization as whole, through targeted focus groups, dialogues, events, experience sharing,
• Storytelling, ensure Employee Voice is heard at all levels
• Drive, manage and support projects.
• Oral/written presentation, status, progress reporting to management.
• Represent country in group engagement, people transformation and learning initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Undergraduate degree
• Understanding of banking operations preferred
• A minimum 8 years of relevant experience in people management, employee engagement, transformational journey
• Demonstrated Data analysis, Critical thinking and innovative mindset
• Program Management skill in planning, execution and stakeholder management end to end.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in O365, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
• Drive, Initiative and Innovative.
• Passion to uplift employee experience and make a difference in driving journey and changes.
