Job Description

• Understand OEM specification and requirements for product
  validation
• Design and develop product validation plans (Standards,
  Environmental and others as required)
• Review the validation plan with Product Engineering and OEM standards
• Develop product test specification
• Develop requirement for test equipment
• Understanding of test bench environment and validate as per DV/PV
• Debug, analyze and report failures that occur during the DV/PV
• Setting up/ Modification in the Automated and manual test environment
• Understanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement Analysis
• Test design, test case generation and test execution on the hardware in loop bench setup
• Test reporting, defect tracking and supportive function
• System level functional testing of Automotive products in Active Safety (ADAS – Radar, LIDAR, Vision and Fusion products), Body/Chassis, Passive Safety domains [Body Computer Module, Immobilizer, RKE, PKE, SDM, Airbag module]

Qualifications

• Experience in Serial communication Physical layer testing (CAN/LIN/FlexRay)
• DOORS know-how or any requirements management tool knowledge
• Know-how on Functional Safety standards and Testing
• Know-how on Cyber Security on automotive products
• Working experience with Automated Test environment /Manual Test benches
• Experience in test environment setup and debugging
• Communication protocol : CAN,LIN, Flexray, J1939, KWP,UDS,ISO 14229, GMLAN Instrumentation Protocol : CCP, XCP
• Communication tools: CANoe, CANalyser,VehicleSpy, CANStress, IVNT-02, FRStress
• Automotive simulation and measurement equipments [Oscilloscope, Function generators]
• Programming skills – CAPL, Python, PERL, Tcl/Tk
• Test Management tools – CANoe TFS, vTEST Studio , TestStand/Veristand
• Proactively push to improve and streamline all areas of the testing process
