职位描述
1、根据门诊部口腔科的要求，组织制定及完善护理部的相关规定和制度；
3、负责提供口腔科高质量的服务水平并监督护士工作，建立一个高效的护理团队和患者提供更好的护理服务。
4、负责督促护口腔理人员严格执行各项规章制度和技术操作规程。
5、负责制定内部工作流程，进行人员分配。
6、具有专业性及积极的工作态度，与员工、医生及部门其他人员相互合作。
任职资格:
1、护理专业大专以上学历或护师及以上职称，需持有护士执业/资格证；
2、有2以上口腔护士长工作经验，有完整的护理理论知识；
3、形象良好，亲和力强；
4、有组织分析能力，熟悉的护理技术操作能力；
5、具有良好的团队精神，服务意识、责任心、事业心、管理能力较强

ChingHo (Shanghai) clinic is located at the core of Shanghai. The clinic has set up Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, Dentistry, TCM, General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Imaging, Medicine laboratory, Digital imaging center and other departments.We are equipped with advanced diagnostic equipments including GE CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, CEREC and laminar flow operating room.At the same time, we also provide commercial insurance settlement and medical services in Chinese, English, French, Japanese and Korean.
