主要工作职责Main Job Responsibilities:

  

1.Definition of the change management and problem solution strategy

  

·       Meeting the standards required by ASPICE v3.0

  

·       Considering ISO 26262 compliance

  

2.Technical understanding of automotive driving system and provide the customer support with focus on:

  

·       On-site support

  

·       Problem addressing

  

·       Reliability and Efficiency

  

3.Internal administration

  

·       Maintain Jira ticket system for

  

·       Problem Report

  

·       Change Request

  

·       Communication with internal team and external supplier with

  

·       Potential Solutions

  

·       Efforts and Timeline

  

 

  

4.Reoccurring Tasks

  

·       Discussion with PM Team and create a release and bugfix plan for the customer.

  

·       Testing/Verifying of the solution on-site with customers.

  

·       Reporting of testing results to the PMs

  

　

  

任职资格 Required Qualifications

  

1.       Bachelor or higher, major in Computer Science or related

  

2.       3 years above relevant working experiences

  

3.       Programming skills: C/C++, Python

4.       Embedded System: MicroSAR, Linux, QNX and the Compiler gcc/g++, qcc

5.       Automotive development toolchain: AUTOSAR, CANoe

6.       Tools: Jenkins, JIRA, Artifactory, GIT, PTC Integrity
