1、根据日生产计划合理有效地安排setup/vision 技术员以及生产员工的工作。   

2、控制和改善当班生产运作以达成产量、质量、合格品、报废率、换模时间和生产效率各指标。  

3、负责当班现场安全、5S、纪律,确保合理使用和保护公司设备、财产。

4、  协助部门进行员工招募、培训和激励。  

5、培训并确保员工严格按操作规程操作。

6、与员工有效沟通，及时传达和宣传公司目标、政策、绩效和制度。

7、与相关部门及时沟通以确保生产正常运行。

8、生产经理安排的其他事宜 

  

 知识和技能：

1、大专或大专以上学历。

2、八年以上制造企业工作经验，其中三年以上外资生产型企业生产主管或领班。

3、能使用普通话和英语进行有效沟通。   

4、了解办公软件，如Access, Excel, PPT, Microsoft Outlook。  

5、对5S、TPM、质量工具和质量体系有所了解和运用。  

6、需要接受翻班工作（三班倒）。
