Job Description
Responsibilities
1.Work with brand management team to formulate annual marketing strategies for NOVO Plus brands in China.
2.Work with marketing director to present marketing strategies and plans.
3.Formulate the POS marketing activities for NOVO Plus brands, including consumer promotion, VIP acticity, in-store display road show and co-op opportunity with partner.
4.Implement an effective sales tracking system to measure the effectiveness of the various marketing and channel programs.
5.Collect, review and recommend insight from our partners and the brand team to help identifying new opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency or shifts in the market place.
6.Manage co-marketing efforts with cross-industrial partners and maintain close and effective relationships with partners.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in marketing or related field required.
2.Good interpersonal and communication skills
3.Strong analytical skills.
4.Deep understanding of CN consumer product/Internet services/retail sales channels structure
5.Strong leadership,project management & time management skills.
6.Spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese
7.Computer Skills:Good at Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point presentations.
8.6+years in consumer marketing/brand management required from underwear/fashion industries with a minimum of 3 years at supercisory level
9.Flexible to travel domestically or internationally as required
