世界500强外资企业急招Manufacturing Engineering Manager 制造工程经理


Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:
Manages and develops a team of Process engineers/Equipment Maintenance engineers/technicians.
Works on breakthrough improvement projects to meet/exceed process yield targets
Work with Design Team to understand NPI/CPO customer specific requirements, develop a robust manufacturability and process capability.
Lead and proactively develop automation, semi-automation to improve existing production productivity and quality.
Lead new Product/production line installation and debugging.
Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment.
Supports material cost reduction projects, proactively manage Change Management process.
Involves in critical problem solving and quality improvement.
Continuously develop Plant manufacturing/equipment engineering technical bandwidth.

Qualifications Required必需的资格:
B. S. degree or above, majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other equivalent ones.
Above 8 Years of related working experience with at least 3 Years working in the role of leading engineering team.
Good quality knowledge (TS16949 quality system / automotive customer interfacing experience).
Systematic problem solving methodology (6 Sigma GB/BB).
Strong focus on driving continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, networking and communication skills.
Effective in both verbal & written communication in Mandarin & English.
