Quality Engineer:

· Work with PE, QE team to resolve all internal and external quality issues at aviation pressure sensor line
· Drive and execute quality objectives to deliver quality metrics, continuously engage all cross functional teams to improve metrics.
· Assist Quality Manger in establishing and refining quality and metrics, maintain the quality systems that meet customer expectations, drive beyond certification requirements to world class standard.
· Lead quality group and cross functional teams to execute Transfer of Works/New Production Introduction/Customer Potential Opportunity projects to ensure expected quality levels are met and continuously improved.
· Drive Lean Six Sigma philosophies to all levels, lead lean and kaizen projects execution that continuously improve variable costs and yield,
· Work closely with Sourcing, Business teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements
· Promote lean and Six Sigma, mentor Green Belts in the organization.
