岗位职责：
• Together with credit approves, maintain a consistently prudent credit culture and oversee the Bank’s credit quality across the corporate loan book;
• Contribute to manage the overall portfolio of corporate & commercial banking customers with an aim to maintain sound credit quality and to support business growth;
• Collaborate with business units on identifying higher risk accounts, formulating and implementing account strategies against marginal accounts that might led to potential credit loss;
• Analyze problem situations by conducting periodic thematic reviews and making proper recommendations to improve lending positions;
• Contribute to manage and monitor progress of various credit risk management initiatives to ensure that they could be achieved as planned;
• Scrutinize exceptional reports, past due / limit excess reports and other control reports for monitoring purpose;
• Maintain a regular communication on credit issues with business unit to pro-actively identify the credit risks and properly monitor the higher risk account activities;
• Work with HASE in providing cross-border market intelligence services for proactively risk identification;
• Prepare necessary external / internal reports for management review; complete any ad-hoc exercise assigned by line management as appropriate;
• Rectify any problems identified by regulators, external or internal audits.
