Position Overview:

Responsible for training and development, Employee activities and relationship,,etc.

Responsibilities

Primary (70%)

1. Responsible for OSC&OOC training plan  and implementation, including annual training demand survey, work out training plan, training implementation, training results evaluation, etc. 
2. Organize OSC&OOC trainings, including orientation training, TTT training, governance training, employee lecture, and other kinds of training programs
3. According to company needs on talents development, design and optimize training system, implementation and results assessment.
4. Certify, maintain and develop internal trainers and internal training courses pool; external training vendors' appraisal
5. Manage sepcial position qualifications, and maintain position qualification matrix, including relative trainings and test records, qualification certificates making and distribution,etc
6. Responsible for OSC&OOC employee activities design& organization, such as outward bounding, non-sports activities, family day, welcome/celebration party, etc.

Secondary (30%):

1. Keep and maintain training records, evaluaiton and exam results; Meet the internal& external audits on training relative contents, ensure it meet policy and system requirement
2. Participate in work of OSC labor union and OOC welfare community; 
3. Complete other tasks assigned by managers
