Description：This position will be working closely with Tedlar back sheet business team on strategic marketing workstreams such as new product development, promotion, market trend analysis etc.  

Job Description: 

 ?       Working with technology, product and sales team on new product development activities, including VOC collection, marketing assessment, cost estimation, value proposition development, pricing, cross-functional coordination etc. 

 ?       Work with global technical team and sales team to develop, translate and update sales collaterals as well as conduct training to sales team   

 ?       Conduct both regular and ad-hoc data analysis with scenario simulations to support business decision making process 

 ?       Work with MC team to organize trade shows, conferences, customer events, co-marketing activities and media articles 

 ?       Deliver presentations at conferences and customer meetings to promote the value propositions of Tedlar back sheets 

 ?       Collect, summarize and analyze market intelligence and competitive intelligence to provide insights for business decisions 

 ?       Issue multiple marketing reports on regular basis

 

Job Qualifications: 

 ?     Strong excel and PowerPoint skills 

 ?     Strong communication and presentation skills 

•  Strong customer interaction skills 
•  Fluent in both spoken and written English 
•  Good at teamwork        
• 2-3 years marketing experiences 
• Master degree in business related major preferred 
• Highly self-motived
