1、承载董事会信托责任，根据董事会和董事长签发的职权清单，履行职责；

2、遵循国际化水准，配合和支持董事会改善和提升公司治理环境，建构和推行公司财务会计与监管体系；

3、开展常态化的预算监管和授信额度监管，推动财务会计与绩效会计相互协同，改善和提升企业运营效率；

4、对接董事会附属审计委员会和外部董事，开展资本化管理事务，以及做好关联交易规避和合法合规性检视，项目对接事务；

5、做好资本化管理事务，参与公司项目投融资检讨，发表专业性意见；

6、储备和训练企业发展进程中需要的财务会计、绩效会计和资产管理会计人才等等。

任职要求：

1、大学本科学历以上，须为会计、财务管理或审计类别专业领域；

2、有独立的思辨能力、高度的职业悟性，以及果敢的执行力；

3、具有接受过公司治理专属岗位训练经历，须持有岗位职务（财务会计）方向的《公司治理才华评鉴报告》，确认应征者之胜任能力与专业水准。
