Responsibilities:

• To formulate, execute, evaluate and develop the commercial strategy for CN expansion and New store
• Be responsible for delivering the specific expansion projects to the right quality, on time and on budget
• To have matrix responsibility for the VM planners in expansion comin team
• To secure that the correct resources available at the right time to achieve the project goals
• Lead Com&In expansion team in securing relevant and inspiring home furnishing solutions, anoptimal store layout and effective and efficient store communication that builds the IKEA Brand anddistances IKEA retailers from the competition.
• Competence development. Secure the Expansion Com&In VM planner has the right competence to planand Implement the new project.
• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching support to the new store Com&In VM team throughout theestablishment process
• Inform, discuss and engage with the Com&in VM Manager in the store all Com&In input & decision pointsregarding store design, range presentation solutions, an optimal store layout and effective and efficient store communication
• Document the fine plan result, secure that format and contents of fine plan documents and drawings aremeeting standard requirements.
• Participate in store commercial build up process after opening and follow up on the project process forcontinucontinu improvement

Requirements:

• IKEA relevant retailing experience
• Project experience
• Understanding of IKEA concept
• Understand the commercial review standards
• Computer proficient including the ability toproduce CAD plans
• Good Knowledge of Common Store Planningprinciples
• Passion for developing the IKEA business andpeople through expansion projects
• Strong ident ification with IKEA culture and values
• Drive to exceed results within a givenframework
• A passion for fast-paced, future-orientedretailing and the IKEA range
