As a Traction Motors Sales Manager, you will be part of the Motion (MO) Business and Business Function Sales (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Motion (MO) Business offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

? Responsible for hitting the sales target and market share of traction motors in China.
? Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship of DI, OEM and End user in traction system.
? Responsible for providing railway industry expertise and training session to converter providers, DI, OEM and End-users.
? Tracing and gathering the railway industry competition analysis and development trend, in addition, providing regular written report.
? Coordinate after sales service activities of traction motors.
? Finish other work arranged by PC Mgr.
? Business led collaboration with other sales unit’s cross product groups and BU.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A University graduate or above, major in Electrical Automation and Mechanical Engineering.
? More than 5 years of experience in R&D, engineering, and before-sales technical support, working experience in large-scale enterprise or design institute of related industry is preferred.
? Familiar with process system of related industry.
? Equipped with related industry experience and expertise.
? Strong willingness to engage in traction motor business is a plus as well.
? Expert in Basic PC skills, Microsoft office.
? Fluent in verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
? Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
? Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
