职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 掌握生产计划、生产进度、产品品质状况和生产效率等信息，合理调配组员、安排其工作内容，使班组工作顺利开展。
2. 发现和总结生产过程中的各种问题与不合理现象，及时汇报至上级，并协同上级制定出相应措施，监督各类措施的执行。
3. 清楚了解部门内各种设备运行状况，建立和组织编织设备操作指导书，并对设备易损件做好库存准备，同时简历易耗件的备库清单。
4. 熟知各道工序作业方法，参与制定各种作业标准书、检验标准书，负责完善和改进工作方法，合理提高生产效率，确保按时在交货期内交货。
任职要求：
1、高中/中专以上学历，机电/机械技术应用专业或高分子材料专业。
2、熟悉工装设备改进、工艺流程完善，熟悉简单的机台维护和各项生产、质量管理的流程。
3、两年以上注塑、模具操作和组装工作经验。
4、合理安排工作内容，高效完成工作任务，能在压力下工作。
5、 良好的沟通能力和分析问题能力，优秀的团队合作精神。
