Deputy Store Manager 助理店铺经理– Servimex

Job Description:

- Assist Senior store manager to handle overall shop operation to achieve the sales target;

- Manage, motivate and train store employees to build a professional and efficient team;

- Ensure high level of customer service is provided and maintain brand image at shop level;

- Handle customers' enquiries and complains in professional manner;

- Control stock level including store orders;

- Support HQ & designer on store display and renovation;

- Co-ordinate marketing activities to promote the brand and sales;

- Ensure the store complies with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

- College degree in Business Administration or related major;

- Minimum 6 years working experience of which at least 3 years in store management level of

more than 1,000 SQM operated by an international brand;

- Fluent English speaker;

- Organized with good communication & problem solving skills;

- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime when necessary;

- Familiar with MS Office；
