SAP SuccessFactors EC Worker Business Service team is looking for an energetic and dependable individual, who is passionate in solving complex technical and business logic problems, creating stable, loosely coupled and highly efficient service used as one of master data services in SAP. A computer professional with solid grounding in computer science, strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design is an ideal candidate for this team.

Job Description (Java Developer):

• Get involved in Employee Central product and become familiar with the process of software design and development, tools supporting and problem-shooting.
• Participate in defining, developing, and managing the software development models, and cooperate with colleagues across different departments and time zones to solve the problems.
• Work jointly with other members to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated and correctly implemented.
• Prioritize the development tasks based on business requirements and ensure the on-time and on-quality delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of programming experience with Java.
• Good knowledge and solid programming skills of Java language, OOP concepts; design pattern and refactoring are preferable.
• Solid foundation with relational database and SQL (prefer HANA).
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with DevOps mindset.
• Team player with can-do attitude and possess quick learning ability.
• Good communication skills, speaking and writing fluent English.
