QC职位描述：

1. 负责对本地到货零备件进行取样、检验并记录

2. 负责对客货退货、待确认、可疑批次零备件进行检验并记录

3. 对检验记录进行保存

4. 熟练使用进料检验的量具和仪器，如游标卡尺、千分尺等…

5. 对日常使用的计量器具进行维护

6. 能够读懂零备件图纸，了解零备件的表面处理以及常见缺陷

7. 根据检验数量对检验工作进行合理安排

8. 当发现质量异常时及时反馈

9. 来料检验室现场6S维护

10. 具备良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力

11. 领导安排的其它各项工作
