岗位职责：

1. 负责仓库日常工作的管理及仓库员工的管理，包括人员工作安排、仓储数据安全、员工工作考核与监督等；
2. 制定并实施明细的管理制度，管理方法及仓库的操作流程，维护管理仓库ERP系统；
3. 合理规划，高效利用仓库空间，控制仓库库存积压，使库存合理化；
4. 负责组织仓库盘点工作，确保卡、账、物一致；
5. 推进落实仓库安全、卫生、消防等工作；
6. 负责仓库内设备的日常维护保养、维修的管理，保证正常运行；
7. 完成上级交办的其它工作。

Your Tasks :

1. Be responsible for warehouse daily work management and warehouse staff management, including staff work arrangement, warehouse data security staff work assessment and supervision, etc.
2. Develop and implement detailed management system, management method and warehouse operation process, maintain warehouse ERP system.
3. Rational planning, efficient use of warehouse space, control warehouse inventory backlog, make inventory rationalization.
4. Responsible for organizing warehouse inventory to ensure the consistency of card, account and item.
5. Promote the implementation of warehouse safety, health and fire control and so on.
6. Be responsible for the daily maintenance in equipment and repair management of the warehouse equipment to ensure the normal operation.
7. Fulfill the assignment from senior officer.

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，物流类、仓储类相关专业优先；
2. 熟悉仓储管理业务流程，有丰富的统筹管理能力；
3. 熟悉ERP及仓储管理系统并有实施经验，并熟悉运用办公word、excel等软件；
4. 具有良好的英语书面及口语表达能力；
5. 良好的沟通能力，团队管理能力，独立工作能力强，较强抗压能力。

Your Profile:    

1. Junior college or above in Logistics,Storage and so on.
2. Knowledge of storage management process and capability of overall management.
3. Knowledge ERP , storage management of working experiences; Good at Microsoft office in word and excel and so on.
4. Fluent in English with both written and oral communication skills.
5. Effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills, self-motivated with good organization skills,  independent working ability, capability of working under pressure.
