SAP SuccessFactors Talent team is looking for an energetic and dependable individual, who is passionate in solving complex system level problems, creating scalable and highly efficient frameworks and supporting software development across the whole business suite. A computer professional with solid grounding in computer science, strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design is an ideal candidate for this team.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Developer, you design highly scalable and performant solution which address functional as well as nonfunctional requirement with high quality.

• End to end responsibility – take care of your feature from requirements to deployment
• Collaborate well – demonstrate excellent development practices, share and motivate others.
• Give support on customer issues resolving
• Build scalable, stable and efficient Web Application
• Write qualified, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code

This development role provides immense potential for growth. The potential candidate would work closely with other members of the team and other functional groups within SAP SuccessFactors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering (any type), or a related field.
• 6+ years of industry java development experience, preferable in Cloud Solution development.
• Excellent knowledge and Solid programming skills of Java language, OOP concepts, design pattern and refactoring. Experience in enterprise level software development is a plus.
• Solid knowledge on HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus.
• Have a solid foundation with relational database and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud native development and experience in agile development process, understanding of scalable micro-services, CI/CD and DevOps is a plus
• Capable of working in multinational team divided across different time zones and locations

• Good communication skills, speaking and writing fluent English
• Have good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with DevOps mindset
