Main Responsibilities

NSD Project Management (50%)

• NSD Gate 1 and Gate 2 implementation support
• Lead to form cross-functional project teams to commercialize approved NSD Gate 3 projects
• Lead project plan development with details on action items and timeline
• Costing support for Gate business case and RFQ project
• Provide other support to BUs on packaging audit process execution, formula transition and regulatory change management.

NSD process implementation (25%)

• Disciplined NSD process implementation from Gate 1 to Gate 4 to ensure the successful new product launches         
• Support on Gate business case development for new product introduction
• 100% compliance on SharePoint NSD reporting
• Conduct NSD post- audit product reviews
• Provide inputs and participate in the marketing and planning of products and services to support the business growth strategies
• Conduct NSD trainings to ensure deployment of process execution

Product Lifecycle Management (25%)

• Conduct category Product Line Optimization analysis to eliminate under-performing products
• Identify and eliminate dead and obsolete products to reduce working capital
• Work with supply chain and BU on slow-moving product management
• Support supply chain and technical team to maximize the PIO opportunity and conduct PIO tracker input and reporting
• Provide support on monthly inventory provision review with BUs

                                                

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, product development or related field, preferably in lube industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work within cross functional teams to achieve effective project management
• A process-oriented approach including the ability to work with the team to define project steps, plan work schedules, and track the status of project
• Ability to organize and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• A team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills both verbal and written in Chinese and in English
• Well-organized with attention to details and self-motivated
• Competent in PC applications (i.e. MS-Office. SAP)
