岗位职责：

Job responsibilities:

1、具备独立开发客户的能力，正确判断客户需求并提供解决方案

       Independent ability of business development, right judgement of client needs and solutions 

2、有深厚的互联网电商行业经验，尤其京东或天猫渠道，对电商内容营销非常在行

      Extensive experience in Internet E-commerce industry, especially JD or Tmall channel, and expert at E-commerce content marketing

3、负责制定并分析业务拓展各项指标完成情况，持续提交优化方案

      Responsible for formulating and analyzing the completion of all KPIs for business development, and continuously submit and optimize plans

4、监督控制专案支出与收入，达成年度销售目标

      Supervise and control project expenditure and income, to achieve annual sales target

5、专案创意发想及整体企划统筹

      Project creative thinking and overall planning with co-ordination

6、严格按照公司标准，负责控制预算及应收账款按时回款

      Responsible for controlling the budget and accounts receivable in time in strict accordance     with company rules

7、专案执行总指挥，团队工作分配及简报主持，确保所有关键项目节点的审核

      Department lead for overlooking at all projects, job allocation and hosting briefing sessions

8、专案筹备过程监督及协调

      Supervise and coordinate on all process of projects

9、维持客户关系，建立客户沟通协调渠道

      Maintain customer relationship and establish customer communication channels

10、部门目标规划，建立专业的服务团队并对团队人员进行有效的工作分配与管理

        Set up department targets, establish a professional service team and develop effective work management

11、领导、鼓励、发展以及评价团队成员，帮助团队成员达成绩效目标及团队成本制

        Through leadership, encouragement, development and assessing program, help team members to achieve KPI targets

12、组织、协调各部门之间的合作，定期对团队成员进行专业培训

        Organize and coordinate department cooperation, timely professional training to members

13、完成上级主管交待的其他工作

        Complete other work assigned by line manager

任职要求：

Qualification:

1、具比稿开发新业务及良好客户关系服务能力

     Strong CRM skills with ability to develop new business

2、有奢侈品和时尚品牌丰富的电商项目经验

      Abundant experience in E-commerce projects of luxury and fashion brand

3、英文听说读写熟练，可独立面对国际客户，用双语进行沟通和提案

      Proficiency in English language skill, independently communicate with international clients and pitch in bilingual languages

4、丰富项目管理经验，能够独立带领团队负责整体专案运作

     Experienced in project and operation management and independently lead a team

5、具有团队合作精神和很强的协作能力，判断能力、整合能力及决策能力，责任感强，富有创造激情

      Team spirit with strong working/judgment/decision-making ability, multi-tasking mind-set with strong sense of responsibility and passionate for creative and event industry
