PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  

Key responsibilities

  

• Evaluation of mold designs

• Assign, design and implement mold changes

• Support / create DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

• Support / create mold specification

• Support / create mold concepts

• Responsible for data management (molds), especially in AGILE, CAD, SAP

• Support mold standards at headquarter and make sure that they are adhered to

• Strong collaboration with Mold Management

• Support trouble analysis

• Collaborate with other teams (development, sampling, process optimization molds)

• Support simulations

• Support further development of mold standards and mold design guide line

• Support article optimizations with headquarter

• Consideration of business management aspects, cost thinking

• Creation of mold designs, connection diagrams (electrical, water, handling)

• Creation of part list (BOM)

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding environmental protection, fire prevention as well as occupational health and safety.

• Ensure reporting to the manager or ESH responsible person of ESH deficiencies and hazards (affecting working materials and funds as well as the working environment) which cannot be self-rectified.

  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  

Related work experience相关工作经验

  

• More than 6 years for injection mold design

• Experience in Europe enterprise

• knowledge in adhesive industry mold like cartridge & piston & mixer product

• knowledge in Beauty mold like mascara & gloss lip product

   

  Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• Bacholor 's degree

• majored in mechanical and mold Engineering is preferred.

   

  Skills技能

• Familiar to UG software

• Good knowledge for injection Mold design

• Good knowledge for injection Mold repair & Maintenance

• Good knowledge for Mold manufacturing

• Communication and coordination skills

• Good oral and written English is plus
