KPMG China’s Strategy & Performance (S&P) works with C-level executives to identify, structure and help solve their most critical strategic and performance needs across the economic and transaction cycles. Operating as one team across China, we work closely with a wide range of organizations from the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Responsibilities

- Establish role as day to day contact on engagements and be seen as a trusted advisor by mid-level executives

- Coordinate and drive the preparation of client deliverables spanning multiple work streams with limited oversight

- Demonstrate deep expertise and an ability to generate insights in a chosen sector

- Motivate, coach and develop project team members

- Provide constructive upwards feedback

Experience & Background

- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity

- Demonstrate confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism

- Track record of working with clients internationally and having a strong understanding of the value drivers within a chosen sector, especially in a consulting or corporate environment

- Evidence of leadership experience in a professional teamwork setting (e.g. coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, managing small teams in project execution, etc.)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, fluency in Chinese Mandarin is a must

- Typically with 4-8 years of relevant experience

- Degree from a leading institution
