职位概述 Position Overview

Manage the validation, planning and execution process of domestic category merchandise strategies to achieve intended cast, guest and business results.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assets of our business (receipts, markdowns, markup, and inventory to plan).

• Responsible for inventory replenishment, including achievement of fill rate/service level commitments while driving toward purchase order/SKU automation.

• Strategize and develop, with Product Development, annual merchandise/financial plans by department/class.

• Effectively partner with Location Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Pricing, Product Development and Operations.

• Lead career development of self/cast.

• Develop departmental location assortment strategy.

• Accountable for overall financial deliverables for departments.

• Monitor performance and adjust plans accordingly.

• Manage inventory and flow of product (OTB) to achieve inventory turn objectives.

• Analyze performance on business goals/recommend action plans to maximize results.

• Develop assortment plans and SKU count to optimize productivity.

• Develop aged inventory, markdown and liquidation strategies.

• Develop appropriate enter/exit strategies.

• Initiate/Support location visits as appropriate.

资格要求Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Demonstrated strong computer proficiency with Excel and Oracle retail systems.

• Proven strong analytical skills.

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

• Demonstrated strong partnering skills.

• Proven strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to be flexible with work schedule.

Minimum 2 years buying experience and/or Merchandise Operations/Finance background preferred
