PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  

1. Deal with machine alarm   处理机台警报.

  

2. Mold set up and lower mold half follow SOP based on production plan, machine boot up 根据计划安排按SOP上下模，开机.

  

3. Response for the cleaning of machine and around area before machine turned over. 机台移交前，负责机台及机台周边的卫生.

  

4.Response for the cleaning of machine and maintaining   负责其包干机台的清洁及日常维护.

  

5.Update the spectaculars of reasonable machine and record output   及时更新所负责机台看板的信息及填报机器产量.

  

6.Other jobs assigned by superior     上级安排的其它工作.

  

7.Update data in Babtec in time    如实及时的填写Babtec.

  

8.In charge of label printing and label data confirm    负责标签的打印及标签内容的确认.

  

9.The scene confirmed the process for the machine start up 现场机台开机工艺优化及确认

  

10.Product quality inspection on site 现场产品质量巡检

  

11.hift occurred mold damage to confirm and analyze the reasons and preventive measures 班组发生模具损坏需确认并分析原因及预防措施

  

12.Analyze, follow up to solve problem and update molding process parameter  分析、跟踪，解决问题并固化工艺。

  

13.Rountine molding process check   工艺点检。

  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  

Related work experience相关工作经验
at least 3 years or above working experience in injection production.  三年以上实际注塑操作经验.

  

Formal education or equivalent教育背景

  

High school degree or above      高中以上

  

Skills技能
1. Skilled operation of injection, adjust the parameter         熟练的注塑操作及参数调整能力.

  

2. Be familiar with whole injection molding process, including plastic, mold, process and auxiliary equipment

  

熟悉整个注塑工艺过程，包括胶料、模具、注塑工艺参数、辅助设备。

  

3. Be familiar with common molding defect and solution      熟悉注塑常见注塑缺陷和解决方法

  

 Nice to have:

  

1. 2k and injection blowing experience                    双色、注塑+吹塑经验

  

2. Be familiar with Arburg molding machine, Engel molding machine and Engel robot

  

熟悉使用雅宝，恩格尔注塑机及机械手
