KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

- SEI MS313 sales within East China Region for electronic application, LED lighting application, general electronics industry including electrical insulation, Auto electronics, Power electronics and consumer electronics etc.

- Maintaining existing business and build customer relationship.

- Build and manage the distribution network for the applications in electronic applications of MS313 in East China.

- Maintaining business continuity for Key Accounts which located in responsible region.

- Focus on local market new business development with support of technical and marketing.

- Keep eye on new application development with local distributors and key customers.

- Preparation of customer visit report, monthly report, sales rolling forecast and market data base.

- Cooperation with Marketing to do market research and propose development plan (MDP).

- Fulfil and achieve the sales targets in SEI with assigned application and business scope.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, famous university is preferred.

- Minimum 3 years sales experience in electronic application, LED lighting application, or adhesion industry.

- Fluent in English

- Team player, customer and result oriented.

- Good communication skills.

- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to work independently.

- Be enthusiastic and motivated.
