岗位要求：

1、负责住宅底商、社区商业、大型商业项目的情景氛围包装设计，熟悉商业氛围包装全案设计流程；

2、高效的完成各个点位的美陈效果设计，综合把控设计方案的主题、风格、色彩、灯光、产品选择等，将方案与商业室内空间做精准的结合；

3、组织开展项目的商业氛围包装方案及家具、雕塑、灯饰、工艺品、标示系统等的深化设计及采购工作，并对采购产品的成本、品质和交货时间进行监督管理，保证项目进度；

4、熟悉各类所需物料的材质、工艺、定制流程、施工安装流程等，具有精准的尺寸落位和丰富的定制经验；

5、负责整合优秀专业设计资源和产品资料（家具、雕塑、灯饰、标示系统、儿童游乐设施、布艺、工艺品等）。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，景观设计、环艺设计、展示展览等相关专业，5~10年以上软装或美陈主创设计师工作经验或5年以上商业氛围包装工作经验。面试需携带本人担任主创的商业氛围包装方案及实景照片，如住宅底商、社区商业等项目；

2、能独立构思、策划概念方案，方案类型如软装概念方案、美陈概念方案、展览展示概念方案、平面广告概念方案、品牌IP概念方案等；

3、能够根据设计方案对接工程施工、跟进项目，有较强的成本预算及把控能力；具备团队领导力，能适应多任务处理的工作压力；

4、熟知各种家具、雕塑、灯具、工艺品等软装物料供货商，能有效获取流行趋势、材料工艺、市场价格的最新资讯；

5、熟悉Photoshop、AutoCAD、Office、SketchUp等相关绘图软件及办公软件；

6、具较强的团队协作精神，工作细致，责任心强；

7、具有一定的生活阅历，丰富的艺术涵养，具备创意和策划能力。善于沟通，能有效处理问题。

Established in 2009, Mas is composed of Shanghai Main Planning and Architectural design co., LTD., Shanghai Main architectural design firm (general partnership) and Shanghai Maiwei landscape design co., LTD., which is a cutting-edge design force in China.
The business scope of the company covers urban design, architectural design, landscape design, interior design, scenario-based business design and many other fields. It has formed a complete industrial chain with architecture as the core, and has strong professional advantages in high-end resident, star-rated hotel, commercial complex, cultural and tourism real estate, urban renewal, scenario-based business design and other aspects.
