职位描述
Responsibilities:
The scope of the role will cover the total project management of sales contract activities from: initial assessment (and arranging translation where applicable) of contracts, identification of potential concerns, bidding documents review within the Team (with sales/offer PM Etc.), obtain Legal review if necessary, through to negotiation tactics, supporting sales in customer negotiations and final agreement and execution;
Review and manage all the sales contracts to minimize the company's commercial risk by following up relative procedures and policy.
Company policy deployment such as BRP/LOA etc.
Main tasks:
-Support bidding activities such as Prepare bidding commercial documents, list commercial deviation, pay the bid deposit and award fee etc.
-Offer price checking (project cost completeness, gross profit monitoring etc.)
-The review and approval of domestic& export sales contracts, frame contract, strategic cooperate agreement, handle all commercial contract concerns raised by sales/offer PM Etc.
-Make sure the sales price, credit terms and customer quality in the sales contract is aligned with company authorization.
- Get lawyer's consult for special terms in contract.
-Get Tax officer consult for export business and onshore service etc.
- Make sure the customer master, price agreement and project information can be filled in ERP system correctly.
- Review price/contract terms/credit terms/customer quality for different level authorization before signing.
- Cooperate with other functions such as supply chain/treasury /Insurance in case of special terms to make sure the operability of the contract.
-Prepare monthly sales related report and forecast and related analysis report (i.e. hit rate) for offer PM and commercial controlling.
-Prepare relevant documents/ report/slides and initiate the meeting to obtain approval by different level authorization.
-Maintain customer relationship via different channels such as global customer day/customer visit.
-Provide basic commercial knowledge training to new sales and lead sales BA function.
- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager
Key Competencies:
-Fluent in English;
-More than 5 year’s professional working experience in the sales-commercial related area, Finance and legal background will be preferred;
-Good understanding of Chinese Law (Contract Law is an advantage);
-Agile, self-motivated and an ability to work on own initiative;
-Effective organizer and planners for the whole bidding process (structured and methodical working style);
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within all levels of the organization;
-Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills;
-A willingness to travel;
-Ability to supervise and develop staff;
-Ability to work as part of a cross functional team;
