Responsibilities:

The scope of the role will cover the total project commercial management after contract signed including but not limited to order booking, order execution, project cost controlling, AR collection etc.

Review and manage all project controlling related to minimize the company's commercial risk by following up relative procedures and policy.

Financial Reporting Guidelines deployment in project execution phase

Main tasks:

1-Project Controlling

-Project Risk evaluation & control from commercial/financial/legal aspects.

-Project Cost Review on a monthly basis regarding the deviations between Offer Phase /order Entry / revenue realization.

-Coordinate with PM to identify/control project potential risk as well as their impact and submit/track risk reports accordingly.

-Project Variation management/ Customer claim management.

- Order On Hand (OoH) Management and unbilled cost review.

-Contract review and cost control incl. Revenue FC, Gross Margin rate control, WIP, AR etc.

- Prepare A/R related reporting such as cash inflow forecast, overdue analysis.

-Get legal/tax consultant for special cases

-Management required slides preparation

2-Project order Execution

-Handle contract booking, order processing& Follow up, AR collection；

-Coordinate with PM to complete the project calculation including but not limited to updating commercial cost/ finance cost, currency rate etc.

-SAP Operation e.g. Projects/Sales Order/Billing/DN/ Project maintain in SAP；

-Prepare payment collection required documents such as B/G, L/C, Invoice, receipt etc.

-Cooperate with related departments to get Project Milestone documents (Goods delivery/PAC/FAC, site service report) for Project database maintain

-Responsible for order execution and solving Revenue related commercial challenges and take the measures to mitigate all kinds of risks related to the deliveries

-Monthly Closing activities

- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager

Key Competencies:

-Fluent in English;

-Strong data analysis skills;

-More than 5 year’s professional working experience in the project controlling area, Finance background will be preferred;

-Good understanding of project cost controlling;

-Agile, self-motivated and an ability to work on own initiative;

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within all levels of the organization;

-A willingness to travel;

-Ability to supervise and develop staff;

-Ability to work as part of a cross functional team;
