What do we expect you to do?

You will become a member of the ALDI China Corporate Purchasing team, responsible for demand planning and supply planning. You will support cross-functional activities with eCommerce, physical store operations, buying and logistics teams to reconcile significant forecast and consumption variances and articulate root causes to business partners. You will prepare reports and communicates forecast and product status adjustment in corporate level. You will organise regular meeting with cross functional teams to achieve lean delivery.

你将会成为奥乐齐中国集团采购团队的一员，将根据具体职能分工主要负责供应链板块内与需求计划和供应计划相关的工作。你将和相关渠道沟通确认需求计划并跟进确认供给，根据实际售卖情况分析存在的问题并给出提高方案，在总公司层面沟通产品相关的信息调整以及变更，准备报表并组织常规会议，最终实现精益交付。
职位要求：
What do we want you to have?

We hope that you have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-2 years of relevant demand and supply planning experience in the retail industry is preferred. We hope that you pay attention to detail and have outstanding data analysis capabilities.  Familiar with SAP operation, especially in APO will be a plus. Assist the company's internal and external cross functions to maintain the company's daily operations and recommend for process optimization opportunities. Chinese and English will be used as your daily working language and we expect you to work under fast-growing and diverse atmosphere.
