Responsibilities:  

1.Follow up quality-related requests from customer in J&J China, ie. Customer quality agreements.

• Follow up quality-related request from the reception to its closure.
• Conduct a periodical review of request status with Global contact.

  

2.Support complaint handling process

• ？ Expedite and monitor complaint sample return process.
• Other support on complaint handling, eg. Logbook maintain.

3.Support quality training to commercial and service teams, including but not limited to complaint handling process and customer quality-related request process.
