工作范围：
1、参与对员工的技术、工艺操作的培训。逐步建立工艺管理体系。
2、直接汇报给技术副总。

工作地点：
江苏镇江丹徒工厂

工作职责：
1、完善、制定公司工艺流程，工艺参数及产品标准；
2、对现有生产技术提出改进建议；
3、定期与工艺管理部门进行沟通，监督现场工艺的执行；
6、严格执行公司体系的各项要求。
任职要求：
1、45周岁以下；
2、本科学历，高分子材料相关专业；
3、熟练办公软件操作；
4、2年以上压延、硫化工作经验，熟悉塑料板材/薄膜加工，熟悉压延、挤出生产过程， 熟悉PVC、PE、PP等材料的使用和改进；
5、5年以上制造工厂相关工作经验。
6、有建立、维护ISO9000、14000、18000体系的经验。
7、拥有良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，有很强的沟通能力。
