1. 大专及以上学历，汽车或机械等相关专业。
2. 具有三年及以上汽车零部件项目管理经验；熟练使用UG或CAD软件。
3. 负责新产品开发启动会及各个交样节点的按时完成，密切跟踪模具厂及外协工装的各项工作进度，严格把控时间节点；
4. 负责跟客户沟通新产品量产前的技术细节、质量要求、项目进度等，及时把客户信息传递给公司内部
5. 负责协调项目组成员，组织策划APQP，及时完成PPAP文件；
6. 及时对已完成项目进行经验教训总结，为新项目的顺利实施做好预案；
7. 能够吃苦耐劳，有团队协作精神，高度的责任心和职业精神；
8. 具备不断学习的能力和意愿
9. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Project Engineer Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in automobile or mechanical engineering,

2. Three years or more of project management experience in auto parts; Good command of UG or CAD software.

3. Responsible for the kick off meeting of new product development and each node of sample submission, closely follow the work progress of the tool shop and the outsourcing tooling shop, and strictly control the time node;

4. Responsible for communicating with customers about technical details, quality requirements and project progress before the mass production of new products, and timely transmitting customer information to the internal team.

5. Responsible for coordinating project team members, organizing and planning APQP, and timely completing PPAP documents;

6. Timely summarize the experience and lessons learn of completed projects, and make plans in advance for the new projects;

7. Hardworking, teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and professional spirit;

8. Ability and willingness to learn

9. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
