Job Description:

Assist in design, implement, and analysis of Bio-Plex assays;
Purify monoclonal antibodies and related trouble shooting;
Actively involved in trouble shooting of any problem during assay development;
Responsible for purchase of laboratory equipment and reagents;
Assist group leader in establishing, maintaining, and implementing SOPs,
In charge of routine lab room maintenance;
Accomplish other R&D duties related to development of Bio-Plex antibodies.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on skills in the in vitro assay development, especially sandwich ELISA and cell-based assays.
Familiar with advanced diagnostic and in vitro detection technologies.
Extensive cell biology and molecular biochemistry skills, such as Western blotting, ELISA or other immunofluorescence based assay development, small molecule labeling technology skills, such as biotinylation and bead conjugation, and other protein, nucleic acid, small molecules detection technology skills.
Strong team-working focus and excellent communications and inter-personal skills.
MS or BS in biological sciences, preferred in immunology and a minimum of 4 years (after BS) of relevant working experience.
Good command in English, well-organized, details-orientated, and self-motivated.
