You will be part of the eCommerce team, working together with experienced eCommerce experts on various online operation and sales job, you will focus on products and sales planning for Tmall supermarket platform, Tmall supermarket campaign resource communication, distributor management,  whole year budget planning, working closely with Cooperate purchasing team for sales forecast and stock management.

您将会成为电子商务团队的一员，和这个领域的专家一起完成奥乐齐的线上运营及销售相关工作，其中主要包括根据天猫超市平台特性制定全年的品类及销售计划，猫超平台营销活动组织沟通，经销商管理与对接，合理规划全年推广预算，天猫旗舰店以及天猫超市产品销售预估，与集团采购部门紧密沟通保证库存良性周转。
职位要求：
We hope you have at least 2 years TMS or EKA experience in FMCG, food category is preferred.
We also hope you have:
1.    Good Knowledge of Tmall Supermarket campaign rhythm, familiar with operation regulation and process.
2.    Have Good insight of market, keep exploring potential hero products which have good market trend and fit our online store.
3.    Strong data analysis skills, good knowledge of stock management.
4.    Willing to meet challenges, innovative perspective combined with strong executional skills.
5.    Excellent communication skill and ability of coordinating muti-functional cooperation.

我们希望您在快消相关行业拥有至少2年以上的猫超或EKA经验，有食品类目经验者优先。

1.    熟悉天猫超市活动节奏及玩法，了解天猫超市各项规定及操作流程。
2.    对市场有高洞察和敏感度，能够挖掘出线上快速增长并符合店铺特点的机会品类。
3.    具有数据分析能力，及基本的库存管理意识。
4.    具有创新的想法，乐于迎接挑战，并且拥有执行力。
5.    较强的沟通能力，及跨部门协调能力。
