1.Job Title: Application Analyst

     Reporting to: IT Solution Manager

– Digital & CRM Sideways: Application Analyst    

2. Job content Job purpose:

     To take the responsibility of CRM team projects and regular support tasks. Mainly focus on Customer Related topics.

3. Job   dimensions      Decision making/ freedom to act         

     Understand and clarify business requirement / marketing trend to IT demand,  initiate IT project for Management. 

     Provide a stable and efficient business application environment for MCC CN by together with 

     the 2nd level application  support team in Romania & Germany and local vendor.

     Provide process consultancy for Customer related project

     Identify needs for process changes (demands) in alignment with user departments

     Analyze, document, specify country demands and argue for the demand regarding Quality; Financials; Process improvement at the best

     Support the demand analysis and business solution definition of corporate IM according to the defined processes Support the local (interoperation) acceptance test

     Adapt user training material and working instructions for application supported Business Solutions to local needs( in co-operation with HR and Organization department) Coordinate and execute user training (in co-operation with local HR department)

     Conduct the user acceptance test

     Standardize routine process with necessary documentation.

     Provide solutions from business application side to improve MCC business process.

     Manage the deployment and roll out of modified or new business solutions Regular CRM system and application support.

6. Skills & experiences Skills:

     -       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related majors.

     -       Knowledge about CRM and retail business process.

     -       Teamwork player, willing to work under pressure.

     -       Have strong problem solving & analytical skills.

     -       Communication skills, presentation skills.

     -       Good oral and written English (CET 4+).

     -       Customer orientation. Experiences:

     -       1~2 years working experience in IT application support.

     -       Oracle/SQL database knowledge

     -       1~2 years project management experience is a plus

     -       Experience of writing technical document, business requirement documents and user manuals is a plus.

     -       Technical background is preferred.

     -       Know basic CRM workflow and system.

 

7. Personal qualities      Seniority, age:      

         Bachelor’s degree in   computer science or other related majors.

         -  Must be hands-on, team oriented and feel comfortable in a fast paced environment.  

         -  The suitable candidates should also be hard   working and able to work under pressure.
