-  确保物流操作的及时性和准确性，完成点对点的订单作业

-  日常操作：接收订单邮件，根据物流计划预定、重订或取消船运

-  纠正偏差: 协助物流计划及时处理系统中的紧急事件或问题

-  沟通：支持物流计划并与宜家内部供应链上的利益相关者主动积极地沟通，在运输延误或发生改变时与外部服务提供者积极主动地联系

-  信息的管理：在物流计划的指导下，确保物流系统上信息的准确性，插入原因代码，确保对物流偏差的有效监控。支持物流部门获取对工作准确性和有效性的规律性汇报

-  额外成本: 根据物流计划的指导，上传额外的成本和船运方面人工费用的调整情况 

  

工作要求：

-  具备运输，经济，行政等方面的知识或者相关的工作经验

-  能够有效并细心地进行数据处理

-  了解供应链方面所需要的数据处理方法和工具

-  电脑技能和Microsoft Office软件

-  理解力和执行力
