Key responsibilities/ accountabilities:

- Single point of contact for all FM service requests.

- Initiate and coordinate the administrative process to ensure the service requests will be solved properly and prompt

- Thorough technical evaluation of incoming service requests and assignment to relevant parties.

- Obtaining of relevant information as needed.

- Initiation of approval process of requests.

- Treatment of emergency requests with first priority.

- Monitor and track progress of all repair and maintenance issues through to completion.

- Monitor and track the costs within the scope of CAPEX/OPEX budget.

- Ensure a continuous cost reduction by evaluating the requests and deciding about the most efficient solution.

- Support FM hardcourt team for data collection due to request.

- Interaction with internal as well as external vendors and other contractual partners to ensure an efficient and prompt service.

- Support involved parties regarding the handling of the FM Helpdesk system by providing the required information.

- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of clients and business needs. - Accomplishment of service request realization.

- Preparation of all required documents.
