工作职责

    

协助编制年度预算报告

    

Co-ordinate the annual budgeting process

    

持续监管预算执行情况，滚动预测，建立分析计划模型

    

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

    

销售，成本及费用趋势分析及资本性支出可行性分析

    

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

    

KPI关键指标分析，分析差异产生原因及跟踪行动方案

    

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

    

月度财务管理报告

    

Monthly Financial management reports (Review, analysis, consolidation)

    

市场投资有效性分析，理解市场投资及项目投资回报率

    

Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs as well as new projects

    

协助财务分析经理进行深度财务分析工作并向其他部门同事提供数据支持

    

Supporting FP&A Manager and Departments colleagues with in-depth analysis

    

管理团队需要的其他分析报告

    

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

    

    

任职要求

    

会计/财管/金融专业大学本科学士学位，有中国注册会计师/ACCA/会计中级职称者优先

    

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CICPA/ACCA highly preferred

    

有至少1年以上财务分析专员经验

    

At least 1 year experience as Analyst of Financial Planning and Analysis

    

熟悉快消品/大型零售行业工作者优先

    

Experience in FMCG / multi-unit retail preferred

    

熟练操作Excel, PPT，熟练操作SAP软件者优先

    

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. SAP skills desirable

    

对数据准确性精确性有较高要求

    

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

    

有较强的沟通交流能力

    

Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
